I’m not sure we’ll see foreclosures yet as


Home equity is at all time highs and inventory is still really low. Much better shape than the 2008 period. Banks still really healthy too. Most of the large banks have more deposits than loans and capital ratios at all time highs.

I expect it to calm down and probably normalize until inventory’s rebalance.
